MLC.NET Project Overview
Project MLC.NET aims to develop and test a new service – a technical system that can facilitate multi-lateral compensations.
The challenge is to develop a flexible system that can be adapted to operate with multiple accountant software instances and wrapped around a business model that ensures legal compliance and feasibility, with special considerations set on security and protection from fraud and false data.
Project Goals and Objectives
The main goal of the project is to PILOT develop and promote cross border computer aided multilateral compensation service in the programme area.
Project objective is to introduce to market a new “computer aided multilateral compensation” accountant service aimed at SMEs and Enterprises to reduce debt and clear ledger from old payables and receivables.
Activities and Expected Results
- Activity 1. MLC.NET Platform development – includes development of software components, technical specifications, and initial system testing.
Results: System architecture defined, system components developed, system integrated with different accountant software.
- Activity 2. MLC.NET Platform PILOT testing and marketing – includes direct meetings and promotion of the MLC.NET platform, maintenance and testing of the systems, removing deficiencies and improving features.
Results: MLC.NET system tested in operative environment, 20+ MLC.NET system users
Outputs and Deliverables
- NET System Developed according to specification, and
- Joint report on product and service PILOT testing

235.206,00 EUR
